The recurrence feature on Yoplanning.pro allows you to efficiently create multiple sessions over a defined period. It's a handy tool for scheduling recurring sessions without having to create them individually each time. This feature is available for both the regular schedule and the potential schedule.
Creating an Initial Session: Start by creating a session in your schedule.
Accessing Rehearsal Options: In the session description, find the section dedicated to rehearsals.
Choose Repetition Type: You have three choices:
Individual: Use this option to disable any repetition. This is useful for canceling a pre-existing repetition by editing an existing repeating session in individual mode.
Weekly: Ideal for sessions that repeat regularly each week. Simply select the days of the week on which the activity should take place. For events like clinics, only select the start day of each clinic.
Custom: Choose this option for discontinuous periods with consistent schedules or rates. Activate the desired dates, which will appear in blue.
Set Repeat Period:
For weekly mode, determine the period of application of your selection.
In custom mode, there is no need to define a period since you directly select the desired dates.
Set departure times
You can set multiple start times depending on your format, for example, every hour, every 15 minutes, every 4 hours, depending on the number of sessions you want to create per day.
The important point is that the price or duration of the session is the same in the same repetition.
Session Consistency: Ensure all sessions created via repetition have the same price and schedule. If there is a discrepancy, create separate repetitions.
Precise Planning: In custom mode, be precise in selecting dates to avoid planning errors.
Rehearsal Check: After setting up rehearsals, check the schedule to ensure all sessions are scheduled correctly.
Unwanted Sessions: If unwanted sessions are created, use "Individual" mode to delete them.
Date Selection Error: In Custom Mode, incorrect date selection may result in incorrectly scheduled sessions. Double-check and adjust the selected dates.
Difficulties Setting Up Complex Repetitions: For more complex setups (different schedules or rates), it may be necessary to create multiple separate repeat sets.
If you have products that are similar in every way. Once you create a repeat, you can duplicate it rather than creating a new one each time with a new product.
