The gift voucher is specific to a product. This is a ticket that the customer buys for a particular experience or product. Once acquired, the customer can consume it via the online reservation module. If necessary, the destination of a gift voucher can be changed. This is useful if, for example, the customer purchased a voucher that does not correspond to their level or age.

These two options are similar. In essence, it is an amount of money that the customer can use towards any product available for sale online. Think of it as a “credit” that the customer can spend as they wish.
