# Minha sessão desapareceu da minha agenda, o que devo fazer?

**Fique tranquilo:** suas sessões não desaparecem. Mesmo após exclusão acidental, elas permanecem na sua agenda. Se você não as vê mais, é quase sempre porque um filtro ativo as está ocultando.

#### Filtros: o principal culpado pelos "desaparecimentos"

A forma como suas sessões são exibidas depende dos filtros que você ativou. Por exemplo:

* Se você ativou o filtro "ocultar sessões não atribuídas" e arrastar uma sessão para a linha *Não atribuídas*, ela **desaparecerá instantaneamente da tela na próxima atualização**... mas ainda estará lá, apenas oculta.
* Outros filtros podem ocultar suas sessões com base no status, equipe ou tipo de atividade.

#### Como posso verificar isso?

1. No canto superior direito da sua agenda, clique no pequeno ícone de engrenagem para abrir as configurações de exibição.
2. Certifique-se de que os filtros ativos correspondam ao que você deseja ver.
3. Desative temporariamente todos os filtros para verificar se sua sessão reaparece.

#### Truque

Se uma sessão "desaparecer" logo após uma operação de arrastar e soltar, verifique imediatamente os filtros ativos antes de concluir que ela foi excluída.
