# FAQ: Por que minha sessão está circulada em vermelho?

### O que significa a sessão circulada em vermelho na minha agenda?

Quando uma **sessão** (ou curso) é **circulada em vermelho**, significa que você está **bloqueado** nessa sessão.

Este cadeado foi feito **por um membro da administração** (secretária, diretor técnico…) ou **por outro funcionário autorizado**.

### Por que esse confinamento foi implementado?

Duas possíveis razões:

* O **cliente solicitou especificamente** que você supervisionasse esta sessão.
* Um **gerente decidiu** que você é a pessoa mais adequada para este curso (competências, continuidade educacional, etc.).

### O que isso implica?

* Você **não pode ser substituído automaticamente** durante esta sessão.
* Você **não pode transferir a sessão** para outro membro da equipe.
* Somente **administradores** ou **pessoas autorizadas** podem remover este cadeado.

### E se não for justificado?

Você pode falar com o escritório sobre isso para que eles:

* **Remova o cadeado** se ele não for mais necessário.
* Ou, pelo contrário, **ative-a** se a sessão for particularmente relevante para você.
