# Ativar notificações por e-mail para próximas sessões

### Passos para ativar as notificações por e-mail

Para garantir que você nunca perca uma sessão importante, siga estes passos simples para ativar as notificações por e-mail. Isso permitirá que você receba um lembrete X horas, minutos ou dias antes do início da sua sessão.

**1. Acessar as configurações do perfil**

* Clique no seu **perfil**, localizado no canto superior direito da tela.
* No menu suspenso, selecione **"preferências"**.

**2. Configurar notificações por e-mail**

* Desça a página até a seção **"Avançado"**.
* Procure a opção dedicada às **notificações por e-mail**.

**3. Configure um lembrete por e-mail**

* Na seção **notificações por e-mail**, escolha o **atraso do lembrete** antes do início da sessão (por exemplo, X horas, Y minutos ou Z dias).
* Após selecionar o período desejado, clique em **"Salvar"** para ativar as notificações.

Agora você está pronto para receber alertas por e-mail com lembretes sobre suas próximas sessões, com total tranquilidade.
