# Horas vendidas x horas supervisionadas, qual a diferença?

**É simples!**

* **Horas vendidas:** o número total de horas adquiridas pelos seus clientes (por exemplo, 10 clientes reservam uma atividade de 2 horas, o que resulta em 20 horas vendidas).
* **Horas supervisionadas:** o número de horas efetivamente trabalhadas pelas suas equipes (ex.: 10 clientes x 2 horas de atividade = 2 horas supervisionadas).

**Por que fazer a diferença?**

* **Meça sua lucratividade:**
  * **Horas vendidas:** calcula a receita por hora vendida (receita / número de horas vendidas).
  * **Horas Supervisionadas:** calcula o custo das horas trabalhadas pelas suas equipes.
* **Compare e otimize:**
  * Compare as horas vendidas e supervisionadas para obter sua margem de lucro.
  * Otimize seus recursos humanos e materiais com base em seus dados.

**Resumindo:**

* Horas vendidas = faturamento do cliente
* Horas supervisionadas = controle de horas distribuídas.
