# Activer les Notifications par E-mail pour les Sessions à Venir

### Passaggi per abilitare le notifiche e-mail

Per non perdere mai una sessione importante, segui questi semplici passaggi per abilitare le notifiche e-mail. Ciò ti consentirà di ricevere un promemoria X ore, minuti o giorni prima dell'inizio della sessione.

**1. Accedi alle impostazioni del profilo**

* Clicca sul tuo **profilo**, situato in alto a destra dello schermo.
* Dal menu a discesa, seleziona **"preferenze"**.

**2. Configura le notifiche e-mail**

* Scorri verso il basso fino alla sezione **"Avanzate"**.
* Cerca l'opzione dedicata alle **notifiche via email**.

**3. Imposta promemoria via email**

* Nella sezione **notifiche e-mail**, seleziona il **ritardo del promemoria** prima dell'inizio della sessione (ad esempio, X ore, Y minuti o Z giorni).
* Dopo aver selezionato l'intervallo di tempo, clicca su **"Salva"** per abilitare le notifiche.

Ora sei pronto a ricevere avvisi via email che ti ricorderanno le tue prossime sessioni, in tutta tranquillità.
