# Connettività nativa GetYourGuide

## Connettività nativa con GetYourGuide

## Presentazione

La connettività nativa di GetYourGuide consente di sincronizzare automaticamente la disponibilità e le prenotazioni tra GetYourGuide e Yoplanning.

## Collega il tuo account GetYourGuide

1. Aprire **Amministrazione > Configurazione > Vendite online**.
2. Fai clic su **Connetti GetYourGuide**.
3. Segui i passaggi di connessione forniti da GetYourGuide.

## Attiva i prodotti su GetYourGuide

1. Apri **Amministrazione > Prodotti**.
2. Fai clic sulla scheda **Rivendita**.
3. Seleziona il rivenditore **ufficiale GetYourGuide**.
4. Attiva la vendita dei prodotti su GetYourGuide.
5. Configura le tue tariffe e commissioni, se necessario.

## Collegamento di un prodotto GetYourGuide a Yoplanning

Se il tuo prodotto non esiste già, crea la sua scheda prodotto su GetYourGuide.

Per collegare il prodotto a Yoplanning:

1. In GetYourGuide, seleziona **Yoplanning** come sistema di prenotazione. [Consulta la documentazione di GYG](https://supply.getyourguide.support/hc/en-us/articles/18008029689373-Connecting-a-New-Product-to-Your-Reservation-System-Inbound-Connector)
2. Recupera l'ID del prodotto da Yoplanning:
   * Apri **Amministrazione > Prodotti**.
   * Fai clic sul menu con i **tre puntini** del prodotto.
   * Copia l'ID del prodotto.
3. Incolla questo ID nel campo richiesto da GetYourGuide.

Una volta stabilita l'associazione, le prenotazioni e la disponibilità verranno sincronizzate automaticamente.

## Problemi comuni

### Prodotto non visibile in GetYourGuide

Verifica che il prodotto sia attivato in **Prodotti > Saldi > GetYourGuide Official**.

### Errore di identificazione

Verifica che l'ID copiato da Yoplanning corrisponda esattamente a quello inserito in GetYourGuide.

### Prenotazioni non sincronizzate

Verifica che il prodotto sia correttamente associato a Yoplanning nelle impostazioni di connettività di GetYourGuide.
