# Rimborso completo dell'ordine

Quando devi rimborsare completamente un ordine, segui questi passaggi:

1. Assicurati che il saldo del pagamento dell'ordine sia pari a zero.
2. A questo punto il rimborso è completo e hai la possibilità di eliminare l'ordine.
3. Tieni presente che anche dopo la cancellazione i dettagli dell'ordine rimarranno conservati negli archivi.
4. Per visualizzare la cronologia dei pagamenti, vai alla sezione Pagamenti per visualizzare l'elenco delle transazioni.
5. Da lì puoi verificare a cosa servivano i pagamenti effettuati.

Tieni presente che l'eliminazione dell'ordine è facoltativa e dipende dalla politica di gestione degli ordini della tua azienda.
