# Rimborso parziale di un ordine

Quando si riceve un rimborso parziale, è necessario modificare l'ordine per riflettere l'importo corretto. Segui questi passi:

1. Apri l'ordine in questione.
2. Fai clic sul **Menu dei tre puntini** in alto a destra per modificarlo.
3. Modifica le righe di comando come segue:
   * **Per eliminare gli articoli**: eliminare le righe degli articoli non fatturati.
   * **Per modificare gli importi**: modificare le quantità o i prezzi in modo che corrispondano all'importo parziale rimborsato.
4. Assicurati che l'importo finale dell'ordine corrisponda al pagamento effettivamente ricevuto.
5. Fare clic sul pulsante **Salva** per salvare le modifiche.

#### Importanza della corrispondenza tra l'ordine e i servizi

È fondamentale garantire che i dettagli dell'ordine riflettano accuratamente i servizi effettivamente eseguiti. Ciò garantisce la trasparenza e mantiene la fiducia tra fornitore e cliente.
