# Gestion des staffs

j'ai des guides qui apparaissent sur ma vue de planning, car ils ont travaillé l'an dernier pour nous en renfort. Est-il possible de faire en sorte qu'ils ne s'affichent plus ? Il me semble avoir vu quelque part "ne pas afficher" mais je ne retrouve plus où j'ai vu ça !

Oui, il y a un bouton ne pas afficher, mais il ne faut surtout pas l'utiliser ça, sinon vous risquez d'avoir des problèmes si une prochaine fois le guide vient faire le renfort à nouveau. Tu peux simplement le supprimer de ton équipe [(Révoquer l'accès)](/yoplanning-academie/yoplanning-parametrage/gestion-staffs/supprimer-un-staff-de-lequipe.md). Le passé ne disparaîtra pas pour autant, il sera toujours visible sur les plannings d'avant.
