# Configuración del seguro de cancelación de Meetch

### Descripción de la característica

Has firmado un contrato con el seguro de cancelación de Meetch, aquí te explicamos cómo implementarlo en tu Yoplanning. **Requisito previo de atención, debes haber solicitado al soporte de Yoplanning la activación del módulo Meetch.**

#### Pasos para utilizar la función

**1. Accede a la sección Hardware**

1. Inicie sesión en su cuenta Yoplanning.pro.
2. En el menú de la izquierda, vaya a **Administración** > **Recursos**.

**2. Crear un recurso para seguros**

1. Haga clic en **Agregar recurso**.
2. Complete la información básica:
   * **Nombre**: Seguro de Cancelación Meetch.
   * **Tipo:** Seguro
   * **Descripción**: Seguro de cancelación de reserva.
   * **Precio**: establece el precio del seguro **como porcentaje**.

**3. Configuración de etiqueta y modelo**

1. En **Etiquetas**, seleccione la etiqueta de tipo **Meetch**.
2. En el campo **Modelo** que aparece debajo de la etiqueta introduce la referencia proporcionada por el servicio técnico de Meetch.

**4. Guardar recurso**

1. Haga clic en **Guardar** para guardar el nuevo elemento de hardware.

#### Consejos de uso y mejores prácticas

**Elección de precio**

* **Valor relativo**: Defina un porcentaje del precio total del servicio (por ejemplo, 2,5%).

**Comunicación transparente**

* Informa claramente a tus clientes sobre los términos y condiciones del seguro de cancelación en el momento de realizar la reserva.

#### Errores comunes y soluciones

**Problema: Dificultad para integrar el seguro**

* **Solución**: Comprueba que la referencia del modelo de Meetch es correcta y contacta con el soporte de Yoplanning si es necesario.

**Problema: Cálculo de tarifa incorrecto**

* **Solución**: Asegúrate de que el porcentaje o cantidad fija esté configurado correctamente en el hardware.
