# Horas vendidas versus horas supervisadas, ¿cuál es la diferencia?

**¡Es sencillo!**

* **Horas vendidas:** la cantidad total de horas compradas por tus clientes (por ejemplo, 10 clientes reservan una actividad de 2 horas, son 20 horas vendidas).
* **Horas supervisadas:** la cantidad de horas realmente trabajadas por tus equipos (ej: 10 clientes x 2 horas de actividad = 2 horas supervisadas).

**¿Por qué marcar la diferencia?**

* **Mida su rentabilidad:**
  * **Horas vendidas:** calcula la facturación por hora vendida (facturación / número de horas vendidas).
  * **Horas supervisadas:** calcula el coste de las horas trabajadas por tus equipos.
* **Comparar y optimizar:**
  * Compare las horas vendidas y supervisadas para obtener su tasa de margen.
  * Optimiza tus recursos humanos y materiales en base a tus datos.

**En resumen:**

* Horas vendidas = facturación al cliente
* Horas supervisadas = seguimiento de horas distribuidas.
