# Buscar inscripciones sin pedidos

1. En el menú de tu equipo a la izquierda, haz clic en "Sesión".
2. Luego elija la pestaña "Participante".
3. De forma predeterminada, la lista se filtra por la fecha de hoy. Debe cambiar el filtro "Pedido" a "Sin pedido".

Esta operación permite visualizar rápidamente los participantes registrados en actividades que no tienen un pedido asociado. Si hay alguna entrada en esta lista, puede ser un error o un descuido.

Tómate el tiempo para comprobar cada entrada sin realizar ningún pedido. Podría ser un simple descuido por parte del cliente o del equipo, o un problema técnico que impidió que se creara el pedido. En cualquier caso, es fundamental identificar la causa de la desviación y corregirla.

Es una buena práctica realizar esta verificación todas las noches para garantizar que ningún registro se realice sin facturación. Esto no sólo garantiza una gestión financiera sólida, sino que también mejora la precisión de los informes y análisis que puede obtener de los datos de Yoplanning.pro.
