# Enviar entradas de reserva a los participantes

### Introducción

El envío de tickets de reserva permite a los participantes recibir toda la información esencial relacionada con su inscripción. Estos billetes sirven como comprobante de reserva y se pueden presentar a los instructores al inicio de la actividad. Con Yoplanning el envío se puede realizar de forma manual, garantizando una gestión fluida y una comunicación efectiva con tus clientes.

### **Pasos para utilizar esta función**

**1- Accede al pedido**

* Desde su sesión, abra la pestaña **"Participantes"** y haga clic en el botón junto al nombre del participante.
* Alternativamente, vaya a la sección **"Pedidos"** del menú de la izquierda, luego haga clic en **"Ver"** para mostrar el pedido correspondiente.

#### **2️- Comparte entradas con los participantes**

Una vez abierto el pedido:

1. Haga clic en los **tres pequeños puntos** en la parte superior derecha.
2. Seleccione **"Enviar por correo electrónico"**.
3. Podrás adjuntar diferentes tipos de documentos disponibles en las opciones que ofrece Yoplanning incluyendo **tickets.**
4. **Elija la plantilla de mensaje**, luego haga clic en **"Enviar"**.

**Nota**: La plantilla de mensaje debe configurarse **previamente** en **"Correo electrónico"** de la sección **"Configuración"**.
