# Session and Internship Rescheduling

**1. Moving Sessions and Groups of Sessions**

In Yoplanning.pro, it is crucial to understand how to configure your travel preferences to effectively manage individual sessions and groups of sessions, especially when it comes to courses spanning several days. Here's how to do it:

**To set travel preferences:**

* Locate the 'Settings' icon at the top right of the schedule.
* There you will find two main movement options: 'Session' and 'Session Group'.
* Select 'Session' if you want the default move to be one session at a time.
* Choose 'Session Group' to move an entire set of related sessions, such as a course.

**Note:** The 'Group Sessions' option is particularly useful for courses or activities that take place over several days and require grouped handling.

**Usage tips :**

* When managing multi-session courses or events, configure moving for 'Session Group' to make it easier to reassign multiple sessions in a single action.
* For daily activities or sessions that are not part of a group, use the 'Session' setting for more precision when reassigning.
