# Displaying the schedule

### **Introduction**

The **schedule display** on **Yoplanning.pro** is designed to give you a **clear and customizable view** of your sessions and availability. With **display filters and options**, you can adjust the visible time period, hide empty rows, or display only unassigned sessions.

These settings allow you to optimize your organization by displaying only the information relevant to your management style. This guide will explain **how to use these options effectively** to improve readability and navigation in your schedule.

### **1. Choice of display period (1-7 days)**

Yoplanning.pro's display period feature offers the flexibility to view schedules over a period ranging from one day to a full week. To adjust this view:

* Access via the settings icon at the top right of your Yoplanning interface.
* Select the desired time range by clicking on one of the numbers from 1 to 7, representing the number of days to display.

**Note:** In 7-day view mode, the schedule is aligned with the first day of the week set in your user preferences. This ensures consistency in the placement of days and avoids confusion when adding new sessions.

### **2. Show empty lines**

This option allows you to manage the visibility of time slots without sessions:

* In the Display filter page, check or uncheck the "Show empty lines" box.
* This allows you to hide completely empty lines from some of your staffs

### **3. Show unassigned sessions**

To show or hide sessions that have not yet been assigned to a staff:

* Look for the "Show unassigned sessions" option in the View module.
* Check or uncheck this option as needed.

Enabling this feature can speed up browsing the schedule, especially for those managing a large number of unassigned sessions.

### **Directions for use:**

* Use the 7-day view for a comprehensive overview of the week and to facilitate long-term planning.
* Hide empty rows to focus your attention on busy time slots and optimize display space.
* Display unassigned sessions during planning meetings to ensure no sessions are missed.

### **Common Problems and Solutions**

* **Issue: Days are not displaying as expected** **Solution:** Check your user preferences to ensure the first day of the week is set correctly.
* **Problem: Incorrect display or difficulty changing display options** **Solution:** Refresh the page or log out and back in to reset your session settings.

### **Conclusion**

A good command of **schedule display options** allows you to gain **clarity and efficiency** in managing your sessions. Whether it's to **view a full week**, **hide empty time slots**, or **quickly identify unassigned sessions**, these tools help you structure your schedule optimally.

These instructions should help you efficiently navigate the Display section of Yoplanning.pro and personalize your planning experience.
