# Mise à jour du 21 février 2024

On February 21, 2024, Yoplanning introduced significant improvements to enrich the user experience of its SAAS software dedicated to the planning of supervised activities. Here are the details of the updates:

1. **Customizable post-booking email template**: Teams can now insert a variable link in post-booking emails, allowing participants to complete their personal information (name, first name, date of birth, weight, height, etc.) after placing the order on the site in a more interactive and efficient way.
2. **Flexibility in defining attendee data**: In the product sheet, by choosing not to request attendee details online, organizers now have the option to mark certain attendee information as optional or mandatory. This feature provides the ability to request the information via email, after the order has been validated.

These updates aim to simplify the management of reservations and participant information, making the purchasing experience smoother for participants.
