# FAQ : Vente en Ligne Après le Début de la Prestation

#### FAQ: Online Sales After the Start of the Service

**Q: Is it possible for online sales to still be active even after the service has started?**

**A:** Yes, it is entirely possible to continue selling an online business even after it has started. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:

1. **Access to the Functionality:** Start by going to the **Products** of your Yoplanning menu.
2. **Changing Sales Settings:** In the **Online Sales** subsection, look for the option to change the activity's sales time.
3. **Delay Setting:** You will have the possibility to define a number of hours before or after the start of the activity. To allow selling after the activity begins, enter a negative number. For example, entering **-2** means the activity will remain on sale for two hours after it begins.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.yoplanning.support/en/faq/faq-pour-le-parametrage/faq-vente-en-ligne-apres-le-debut-de-la-prestation.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
