# FAQ: Integrating a staff member's mobile number into reminder emails

**Q: Is it possible to integrate a staff's mobile number into the information received by the customer?**

**A:** Yes, it is possible to include the telephone number of the staff assigned to an activity in reminder emails sent to customers. This feature allows customers to receive the staff's mobile number, which can facilitate direct communication when needed. Here's how to do it:

1. **Prerequisites:** First of all, make sure you have activity reminders set up. These reminders are essential so that your end customer receives the relevant information a few hours or days before the start of the activity, depending on your settings. It is important to note that this information should not be included in the initial reservation email to avoid confusion due to possible staff assignment changes.
2. **Tag integration:** To include the staff mobile number in the reminder email, you must use the `%staff_phone_number%` tag in the reminder email template. You can find and edit this template by following these steps:
   * Access the **Administration** section of your Yoplanning interface.
   * Click **Configuration** to open configuration options.
   * Select **Emails** to access the email templates.
   * Locate the reminder email template and embed the `%staff_phone_number%` tag wherever you want in the email content.

By following these steps, the telephone number of the staff assigned to the activity will automatically be included in the reminder emails sent to customers. This feature improves communication and customer experience by providing a direct line of contact to the staff in charge of the activity.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.yoplanning.support/en/faq/faq-pour-le-parametrage/faq-integration-du-numero-de-mobile-dun-staff-dans-les-e-mails-de-rappel.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
