# FAQ : Pourquoi ma session est entourée en rouge ?

### What does a session circled in red on my schedule mean?

When a **session** (or course) is **circled in red**, it means that you have been **locked** on that session.

This lock was done **by a member of the administration** (secretary, technical director…) or **by other authorized staff**.

### Why was this lockdown put in place?

Two possible reasons:

* The **client specifically requested** that you supervise this session.
* A **manager has decided** that you are the most suitable person for this course (competence, educational continuity, etc.).

### What does this imply?

* You **cannot be automatically replaced** during this session.
* You **cannot move the session** to another staff member.
* Only **admins** or **authorized persons** can lift this lock.

### What if it's not justified?

You can talk to the office about it so that they:

* **Remove the lock** if it is no longer needed.
* Or on the contrary, **activate it** if the session is particularly relevant to you.
