FAQ : Pourquoi ma session est entourée en rouge ?

What does a session circled in red on my schedule mean?

When a session (or course) is circled in red, it means that you have been locked on that session.

This lock was done by a member of the administration (secretary, technical director…) or by other authorized staff.

Why was this lockdown put in place?

Two possible reasons:

  • The client specifically requested that you supervise this session.

  • A manager has decided that you are the most suitable person for this course (competence, educational continuity, etc.).

What does this imply?

  • You cannot be automatically replaced during this session.

  • You cannot move the session to another staff member.

  • Only admins or authorized persons can lift this lock.

What if it's not justified?

You can talk to the office about it so that they:

  • Remove the lock if it is no longer needed.

  • Or on the contrary, activate it if the session is particularly relevant to you.
