# Comment modifier les horaires affichés sur le planning ?

**Question:** How do I change the times displayed on the default schedule?

**Answer:**

Each user can adjust the working hours they display on the schedule. For example, if you have activities that end later than 8pm, which is the default end of day value, you can adjust this value in your account settings. To do this:

1. Go to the top right of the Yoplanning interface and click on your personal settings icon.
2. In the drop-down menu, click **Settings**.
3. Scroll down to the **Working Hours** section.
4. Indicate the desired times for the start and end of the day.

**Tip:** Always leave half an hour before and after the main times. This allows a small line to be displayed that separates the days from each other, thus improving the readability of the schedule.

**Common Mistakes and Solutions:**

* **Error: Schedules are not updating.**
  * Solution: Make sure to click "Save" after changing the schedules.
* **Error: The display is incorrect.**
  * Solution: Check that the times are entered in 24-hour format (for example, 08:00 for 8 a.m. and 20:00 for 8 p.m.).

By following these steps, you will be able to customize the display of schedules on your schedule according to your specific needs.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.yoplanning.support/en/faq/faq-des-staffs/comment-modifier-les-horaires-affiches-sur-le-planning.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
