# Vollständige Rückerstattung der Bestellung

Wenn Sie eine Bestellung vollständig erstatten müssen, gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:

1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Zahlungssaldo der Bestellung Null ist.
2. An diesem Punkt ist die Rückerstattung abgeschlossen und Sie haben die Möglichkeit, die Bestellung zu löschen.
3. Beachten Sie, dass die Bestelldaten auch nach dem Löschen im Archiv erhalten bleiben.
4. Um den Zahlungsverlauf anzuzeigen, gehen Sie zum Abschnitt „Zahlung“, um die Liste der Transaktionen anzuzeigen.
5. Von dort aus können Sie überprüfen, wofür die Zahlungen getätigt wurden.

Beachten Sie, dass das Löschen der Bestellung optional ist und von den Auftragsverwaltungsrichtlinien Ihres Unternehmens abhängt.
