# FAQ: Warum ist meine Sitzung rot eingekreist?

### Was bedeutet eine rot eingekreiste Sitzung in meinem Terminkalender?

Wenn eine **Sitzung** (oder ein Kurs) **rot eingekreist** ist, bedeutet dies, dass Sie für diese Sitzung **gesperrt** wurden.

Das Abschließen des Schlosses wurde **von einem Mitglied der Verwaltung** (Sekretär, Technischer Direktor…) oder **von anderem autorisierten Personal** durchgeführt.

### Warum wurde dieser Lockdown verhängt?

Zwei mögliche Gründe:

* Der **Klient hat ausdrücklich darum gebeten**, dass Sie diese Sitzung beaufsichtigen.
* Ein **Manager hat entschieden**, dass Sie die am besten geeignete Person für diesen Kurs sind (Kompetenz, Kontinuität der Ausbildung usw.).

### Was bedeutet das?

* Sie können während dieser Sitzung **nicht automatisch ersetzt werden**.
* Sie **können die Sitzung nicht** an einen anderen Mitarbeiter übertragen.
* Nur **Administratoren** oder **autorisierte Personen** können dieses Schloss aufheben.

### Was, wenn es nicht gerechtfertigt ist?

Sie können mit dem Büro darüber sprechen, damit sie:

* **Entfernen Sie das Schloss**, wenn es nicht mehr benötigt wird.
* Oder im Gegenteil, **aktivieren Sie es**, wenn die Sitzung für Sie besonders relevant ist.
